1. Payments
All payments on Fixova are processed through secure payment providers such as Flutterwave.
2. Cancellations Before Service
Acceptance
Customers may cancel a booking free of charge before a service provider accepts the request.
A full refund will be issued where applicable.
3. Cancellations After Acceptance
If a customer cancels after a provider has accepted the booking, refund eligibility depends on the service status and provider confirmation.
Service or platform fees may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Provider Unavailability
If a service provider fails to attend or cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may:
Reschedule the service, or
Request a full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The service was completed as agreed
Delays or minor inconveniences occurred
The customer requested changes after work commenced
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
