Fixova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. Payments
All payments on Fixova are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including Flutterwave.
By making a payment, you authorize Fixova and its payment partners to process the transaction.
Payments may be held temporarily by Fixova before being released to the service provider after service confirmation.
Prices for services are displayed on the Platform and may vary depending on the service and location.
Fixova does not store your card or banking details.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Refund eligibility depends on factors such as service status, cancellation timing, and service provider confirmation.
6. User Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate service details and location information
Treat service providers respectfully
Make payments only through the Fixova Platform
Service Providers agree to:
Deliver services professionally and honestly
Comply with Fixova’s standards and policies
Complete jobs as agreed with customers
Misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fixova shall not be held liable for:
The quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by third-party service providers
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service delays, interruptions, or data loss
Fixova’s role is limited to providing the Platform for service connection and payment facilitation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Fixova Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Termination
Fixova reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
